I didn’t have frogs but I used chicken wings, snipped into half lengthwise and made a spicy Gongbao Chicken with more gravy so I can drenched my thick porridge with it. Anything flavourful with a good balance of savory, sweet and spicy is always welcomed to my meal. Shiok!! 😋😋😋
