話說 ー『古琴雅苑』 開店以來俾人印象最深刻就係隻北京烤鴨是全香港最抵食.. 好消息就係,我其實有不斷給予意見,統稱壓力,叫佢地做好啲隻鴨啦 😂😂 所以近期再去吃係有明顯的 Improvement.. HKD $358 一隻鴨, 真係皆大歡喜. 尤其是我呢啲一人可以食哂一隻鴨人仕.. 🦍

As a side note, the sauce that goes with a proper Peking Duck is called Tian Mian Jiang #甜麵醬 Sweet Beans Paste. Anyone who keeps calling it Hoisin sauce #海鮮醬 #海鮮 , which is a Cantonese sauce and means literally seafood sauce, I mean why would u pair a Duck with a Seafood sauce… May be unfriended immediately without advanced notice 🙄😗😅
